Scope: The project involved: -Conducting comprehensive testing of the online whiteboard application. -Identifying and documenting bugs across different platforms and browsers. -Reporting bugs to the client's Azure DevOps system through videos and explanations. This testing aimed to ensure a seamless user experience and a bug-free platform. The engagement began in April 2020 and continues. Outcome: BetterQA's professional testing services significantly contributed to the successful relaunch of the online whiteboard platform.
