On this project we were tasked to devise a system that would be used to: - gather readings from huge number of devices in the field by employees, - provide means to control the data and employee input - sync the data to an external system for further analysis and processing. This required complex project landscape that includes: - Android device management system - employees have devices issued by corporation and use them only for purpose of gathering information - Backend system built using Symfony PHP - Frontend application built using Angular - Infrastructure as a Code using Ansible - around 50 servers are on the project with various roles - various other utilities Result is a robust and resilient system that is processing huge amounts of data.
