Addressing Teen Mental Health Issues
Our partner's aim was to support teenagers grappling with mental health issues like anxiety, which can cause excessive worry, nervousness, and fear. These feelings can greatly disrupt their daily lives, impacting focus, sleep, and social interactions. The challenge lay in creating a user-friendly, immediate-response tool that could effectively support these individuals.
Preventing Self-Destructive Behaviour
Another challenge was preventing potential self-destructive behavior. The urgency to provide immediate assistance to teenagers experiencing difficult feelings required an intuitive, easy-to-use tool that could be employed both individually and as part of a therapeutic process.
