Challenge, approach, and impact
Stage 1
Applications are not only back-end solutions. Our developers joined Vienna’s team which works on proper data and users’ information storage, their data batches and subscriptions so that the service team might solve customers’ questions and problems as quickly and competently as possible.
Stage 2
Having proper databases MySugr wanted to analyze the data quantitatively. That is why the next stage will support in creating a solution that will generate business reports linking the data from European and American markets. By using Amazon Redshift team prepare database aggregation to present clear mySugr dashboards.
Stage 3
Currently, we are working on a next solution. Our task is to prepare a concept that will enable to integrate the application with new types of devices. We mean new types of insulin pumps that will communicate with the application over bluetooth.
Cooperation
At first, fireup.pro was hired as a backend expert support. That project is focused around the company's main application, which is supported by a substantial backend component.
Later on cooperation expanded so the database expert joined team which is building ETL solution integrating data from two databases (located in two different places) into one data store.
The latest project we are working on together is product’s brand new website.
