Challenge, approach, and impact
Capicua faced the challenge of improving the brand's User Experience while remaining faithful to the KÜHL's origins and story. The venture, self-defined as an independent brand, doesn't rely on shareholders or VC investors and has no private equity or paid celebrities. Hence, the restructuring project needed to reflect KÜHL's core values at all stages.
