Time to meet the Software Developer at APP IT, Azra!

What are your primary responsibilities and what does your day-to-day look like?

My working day starts at 8:30am. The first thing I do is check a list of planned tasks that I am assigned on and make a quick plan and schedule of my tasks for that day.

I participate in our daily meetings where team members talk about our current work, progress, and eventual issues that we came across.

My responsibilities are to come up with solutions for tasks, coding, estimating time, researching and collaborating with colleagues from team.

What do you find to be the most exciting aspect of APP IT?

One of the most exciting aspects is that we work on interesting and challenging projects.

We get new tasks on a daily or week basis and it is often something new, unknown and challenging. So it is really exciting to work on projects like that, push our limits and master new skills.

It is exciting to work in a dynamic environment with a positive and enthusiastic atmosphere and people.

What are 3 words to describe APP IT?

Commitment, Effort, Enthusiasm

As a team and individuals we are really committed, we have analytic approach to our tasks, and always try to find best solution to problems we are solving.

We put a lot of effort and persistence, and we try to do our best to produce quality solutions for our clients. We have an enthusiastic and positive atmosphere and great team members.

How do you spend your time outside of the office?

After a working day, I often go to fitness training or go for a walk. I like to spend time with my family and to go out with friends. Sometimes I watch TV series and movies and I love listening to music. I like to travel or make small trips on weekends. Also, I love fashion, so I enjoy going shopping.

What’s your next step, or a few goals you’d like to accomplish in life, or while with APP IT?

The next step in my career and education is to learn and try new technology and to research and learn about project management. I would like to learn one more language.

Also, I would like to enroll in some sport and learn Latin dances. I would like to travel more and visit new places where I have not been before.

How do you define success in life?

I think success is hard to define, because there are different aspects of life in which we can consider ourselves successful or less successful.

But I would say success is when we achieve our goals, make our plans happen, when we put in an effort and accomplish set goals, when we improve ourselves and push our limits, and of course when we are happy.
