Time to meet the VP Web2 at Kalmia, Tine!

What drew you to Web2? Have you always worked in leadership roles?

Solving problems or puzzles was always my passion. Working as a team leader in the custom development department, I can do that all the time.

The best thing is that I get to work on many different projects with different problems to solve. By doing that I also learn a lot of new things.

I love the energy of big cities.

What do you find to be the most exciting aspect of Kalmia?

A young, small and agile team is what makes Kalmia a great place to work.

Good relations with coworkers in the office and outside is something that makes working for Kalmia a pleasure.

Do you have any hobbies, go-to weekend activities, or long-term passion projects you’re working on?

I like walking with my two dogs, riding a mountain bike (especially downhill), snowboarding and hiking.

What is the best vacation you’ve been to?

The road trip across the USA was mindblowing. I loved every second of it and it gave me some new perspective on distances. :)

What's your favourite line from a movie?

“I’ll be back.” It's just legendary, from times when I was a kid and became a part of pop culture.

I still love it! :)

Are you an iPhone or android type of person?

I was always a fan of open source, so the answer is obvious - Android.

I know, the iPhone just works, but where is the fun in that? :)
