Time to meet the QA Engineer at Agilno d.o.o, Silvija!

What do you find the most challenging at Agilno?

Every day in Agilno is challenging and exciting enough to never lose motivation for work and advancement.

For me, as an employee at Agilno, the first thing to do is to be the best in my work.

The main goal is to make our clients satisfied, but nothing less important is to have satisfied colleagues, because teamwork is a big part of work in Agilno.

We all work together, have the same goals and reaching our own goals is the most challenging.

Best moments at Agilno

What have you gained from working at Agilno?

Despite the fact that I have only worked at Agilno for 3 months, I can say that I have met really good people here. I came in a very friendly environment and I have great relationships with my colleagues from day one.

The other thing related to relationships with colleagues is teamwork. Team members are always working together and working for each other. We can trust each other, we have respect for each other and open communication.

Teamwork is one of the most important basis for company improvement and growth.

I have also improved communication skills during these few months while working in Agilno. This is the first time that I have direct communication with clients on a daily basis and my communication skills are getting better every day.

How do you spend your time outside of the office?

When we are talking about last year, I spent most of my free time doing some planning and organisation. First it was about my wedding. Like every other woman in the world I wanted to be perfect and spent a lot of time thinking about every detail.

When the wedding was over I started preparing to move into my new apartment. Planning started again: interiors, design, kitchen, colors… All of these need to be perfect as well :)

Besides that, I always love hanging out with my friends, short trips in nature, climbing or just watching movies and TV shows.

What’s been the most memorable experience during your tenure so far at the company?

My favourite moment while working in Agilno was the company's 5th birthday party. It was a great party, with decorations, hostesses, catering and DJ and we all had a great time with our colleagues and friends.

Currently, I am looking forward to preparing Christmas decorations in our office and planning a Christmas party to celebrate everything achieved this year.

If you could only drink one beer for the rest of your life, what would it be?

If I could only drink one beer for the rest of my life it would be Gulden Draak.

Gulden Draak is a dark Belgian beer and its name is Dutch for Golden Dragon - named after the golden dragon at the top of the belfry in Ghent.

I tried this beer for the first time when I was in Ghent, Belgium as an exchange student and I loved it. Also visited the brewery where it’s brewed and found out a lot of interesting things about it.

This beer is absolutely worthy to be the only beer to drink for the rest of my life.

What is on your wish list for the next 5years with Agilno?

I am the first QA engineer in Agilno. In the next period I would like to create and improve different QA processes as well as the onboarding process for new colleagues.

We want to hire QA engineers and introduce them to work in the easiest and the most efficient way for me, clients and for the company.

So, the next goal is definitely creating a QA team which would be ready to work on all projects within our company.
