Time to meet the DevOps engineer at CyberLab Solutions DOO, Dragomir!

What are your primary responsibilities and what does your day-to-day look like?

As DevOps engineer on a daily basis i communicate with clients, solving problems, proposing best practice solutions and trying to make the complete DevOps process smooth.

My main responsibilities are designing, building, testing, and maintaining the continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) and improving client infrastructure.

How did you first learn about CyberLab Solutions?

Milan contacted me on Linkedin platform. It was a very friendly message without classic HR phrases. A few days later, i did company research and realised that this can be a very good opportunity for my career development and decided to message back to Milan. A few months ago, i started to work at CyberLab Solutions and i really enjoy it.

What is the favourite part about working for CyberLab Solutions?

Definitely it's work-life balance. Work-life balance involves the minimization of work-related stress, and the establishing of a stable and sustainable way to work while maintaining health and general well-being.

Company projects are very well defined, clients are open to discuss project related stuff and i can stay in the 8-hour work day which makes me happy.

How do you define success in life?

I think it's all about happiness. The true meaning of success goes far beyond the common definitions of success, such as having a lot of money, being wealthy, having a lot of tangibles and earned degrees.

During the day i practice to ask myself "Do you feel lucky?". If i can answer yes to this question, i know that i am successful in life.

What is the favourite part about working for CyberLab Solutions?

New projects and new technologies. DevOps is growing so you will see new tools and technologies takes birth every day. CyberLab gave us the opportunity to work on interesting technologies in DevOps field.

Every day i spent a lot of time to read and learn new tools, technologies, and it's part of my job tasks. It's amazing.

How do you spend your time outside of the office?

After work day i am trying to relax in order to regain energy and strength. Some activities that make me happy are: watching movies, go to restaurant, spending time at a park, get a massage, go for a drink.

I also love playing tennis with my friends. We meet up and practice every Saturday at Novak tennis center.
