How has Inoxoft helped you in your career development?

InoXoft is the place where you can be not only listened to but heard. It's always been a place where you can find yourself as a professional, even if you were employed as one specialist and then decided to move forward or change direction. The company fully supports such decisions.

The same happened to me, I've been an iOS/Flutter software developer for 4 years when I decided to switch to a management role. InoXoft was supporting me in all aspects of the transition, beginning with basic explanations and ending with a personal mentor.

What is the favorite part about working for Inoxoft?

The one magical thing which can't be explained directly. The feeling of being part of this big team is something bigger than regular employment relationships. Feeling when you know that you are an important part of the big mechanism of making customers and employees happy. Feeling when you can rely on each person you are working with, even outside the office. The feeling of getting better each day during the whole journey with InoXoft

When are you the happiest?

That's a difficult thing for me to be happy, because I'm one of these guys who have very high personal standards which not always match with reality.

But life is an iterative process of becoming better in all aspects: work, family, and friends day by day. As life goes your standards are raising but you are not standing still also.

So, when I'm happy? I'm happy when I achieve much better results compared with the result expected from me. I believe that is what helps me to improve myself every day and perform better and better, day by day in all aspects of life.

How do you balance your career at Inoxoft and friends & family?

That's a very important topic as the IT industry is an interesting thing and a lot of newcomers dive into work so deep that they can't come back when it is needed by their personal life. IT work can be a sort of addiction in the first 1-2 years of work, so you should be careful with Work-Life balance and pay good attention to it because it leads to the terrible thing — burnout.

Unfortunately, I experienced it too few years ago, just before InoXoft. I wish you to never come to a burnout point.

After that, intuitively, I've started paying much more attention to Work-Life balance. I've found a lot of interesting hobbies, such as car tuning(when you are working on car performance to make it faster) and sports activities.

p.s. Gym can be even more addictive, that IT work in the first year 🤣

And becoming balanced because an automatic thing, when after work you are leaving your work thoughts at office and going home with plans to do stuff that can improve you family & friends relationships

What's your favorite quote, or motto?

One wise man told me this phrase at the university when I was getting a master's degree when I failed an exam and this changed whole my life and became my life credo.

He said: "no matter how hard you try, what matters is what you have at the end of the day."

What is the best vacation you’ve been to?

The Wachau Valley is an Austrian region near the Danube River, west of Vienna.

That's the most magical place I've ever been to. btw I've been there maybe 10 times but I always want to return there.

The peacefulness of being there can't be explained, you have to visit it.

The magic of Wachau wine and fresh apricot souffle makes me dream about this place each time I'm planning a trip.
