Time to meet the Business Development Manager at 7code, Alexandra Claudia!

Why did you join 7code, and what has kept you here?

I decided to apply for a job at 7code because I wanted to change my field of activity. I saw one of the job postings and I had a super fresh interview. I liked the whole process of getting to know the company, the way that the interview was conducted and the questions, the benefits that were presented to me, but also the tasks that I had to accomplish. I stayed here because, as I was promised at the beginning, I had the opportunity to advance in my career and there was no time to get bored with 7code. I like the team, what I do, the fact that I am appreciated and stimulated professionally, but also the fact that I have a goal and I am motivated to reach it!

What do you find the most challenging at 7code? 

The IT field is volatile. This implies a very high adaptability. Given that we are currently expanding both internally through our ongoing recruitment process and externally through the creation of new long-term partnerships, accepting change is in itself the biggest challenge. The strategy we have implemented for this year in 7code foresees certain aspects and allows us to react proactively to change.

What is your proudest moment at 7code?

The most beautiful moment I am proud of so far is the first congress I attended with 7code. I participated in MWC Barcelona 2022 together with the Romanian delegation, and the entire organizing activity for this event was accomplished by me. It was a good challenge to implement my own ideas and vision on how I wanted to present 7code abroad. We did a good job and we managed to build new partnerships with other companies that were present there.

What have you gained from working at 7code?

7code is the environment in which I have developed the most professionally so far. I can't say that I am a person who fully understood teamwork because I am an individualistic person. However, here I have learned to value my colleagues, the work done together, I have learned that I can rely on those with whom I build something and that I can truly enjoy results. 7code provided me with the necessary environment to develop social skills and work related skills.

What’s your next step, or a few goals you’d like to accomplish in life, or while with 7code?

The integrated vision of the company allows employees to develop according to their preferences, but also depending on the level of involvement and performance. I want to develop as a Project Manager in the near future and to do that I started with some training courses in this field that were made available to me by 7code through specialized e-learning platforms. Because I am an organized and meticulous person, people oriented and with good interpersonal skills, I consider that this field suits me.

How do you define success in life?

For me, success is determination, goals and people. Determination to do what makes you happy and to rise no matter how much you fall; Goals to know in which direction you are going and not to deviate from your path in vain; People because you can't do everything alone and the people we have close to us must unconditionally support us and believe in us when we forget to do it ourselves.
