How do you balance your career at Ant Colony and friends & family?

The balance between business and private life is not difficult to keep if your superiors in your current company respect you and your space. Ant Colony management has always insisted that their employees enjoy their jobs and look forward to going to work every day.

One of the benefits of working for the company is that your bosses save you time when you have free hours or days. So, if the company has a culture dedicated to employee satisfaction, trying to maintain a balance between these two things is not difficult.

Why did you join Ant Colony, and what has kept you here?

As a person who has just begun to build a career and who desired to work in a positive environment, which is very difficult these days, Ant Colony provided a chance to demonstrate my efforts, learn, and progress besides the others.

I'm still here for the same reasons.

Are you an iPhone or android type of person?

I prefer Apple's iPhone. The reason for this is the look of their system, the opportunities they provide to their clients, etc.

What I thought I didn't know or couldn't do some needs, while trying to complete the project's requirements, I teach that I can always learn and do more for myself as a person.
