Time to meet the QA engineer at Preezma, Armen!

Why did you join Preezma, and what has kept you here?

Preezma is one of the fast-growing companies in Armenia. Having the opportunity to work here is a great success for my career shift. The professional attitude, knowledge-oriented culture, and attentive team help me to grow and learn new things faster, and that was the exact thing that I was looking for as a young specialist. 

What drew you to engineering? Have you always worked in QA roles?

Although I began my career in sales, I have always wanted to work as a QA engineer. I have worked as a sales specialist in one of the largest electronic markets in Armenia. Although I have tried to do my best at work, I had a goal to move to the IT field and learned QA engineering by myself. I was sure that I would love this profession, and I was right!

How do you spend your time outside of the office?

One of my greatest hobbies is sports. I love to go to the gym or swimming pool after the office, it helps me to be healthy and have more energy during the day. I also like to spend some time with my friends in the evenings.

And also we have some traditions for the weekends, we gather with friends and spent some time in the fresh air of nature.

What's your favorite quote, or motto?

One of my favorite quotes is this one by Oprah Winfrey "If you look at what you have in life, you'll always have more. If you look at what you don't have in life, you'll never have enough". It means that we will always be grateful for everything that we have in our life: family, friends, food, jobs, etc.

Are you an iPhone or android type of person?

I prefer Android over iPhone. The first is more design, size, color, specification, and pricing options for Android devices.

Second, unlike the iPhone, Android phones have features like Always On Display, reverse wireless charging, fingerprint scanners, headphone jacks, split-screen multitasking, and more.

And the last reason is that I feel very comfortable with Android.

What are 3 words to describe Preezma?

The three words that describe our company are "Care," "Respect," and "Transparency". I see the "care" not only professionally but also personally; the key point of this is the health insurance.

The next one is "Respect," I believe that in Preezma, people never insult each other, they are always polite, kind, and positive. And “transparency” because there are no secrets or unclear situations in the company, and the environment is healthy and clear.
