Time to meet the Talent Acquisition Specialist at Preezma, Anna!

What do you like most about Preezma?

The main points I like here are the opportunity to grow, the team, and the working environment.

Opportunity to grow - lots of things to learn and get specialized in. Opportunity to grow very fastly, achieve new goals.

Team - The hiring process here is challenging because, in addition to the candidates' technical background, we pay huge attention to their personalities and cultural fit. We have four central values established, and we choose all of our team members according to them. Our values are trust, transparency, care, and respect. This is what we believe in and try to keep in all of our team members.

Working environment - The main points that create a healthy working environment are good people, a democratic and friendly management team, and of course, the people-oriented approach. In addition to all of these aspects, the regularly organized team buildings help us to keep a positive atmosphere as well. 

How do you spend your time outside of the office?

The main things that I like doing are going to the gym, cooking, and painting classes. These three are my main hobbies, so I do everything to manage to work on them every week.

Gym - I attend one of the best gyms in Armenia, where I have a chance to participate in different group activities, swimming classes, and gym.

Cooking - I love this; I like cooking new things and experimenting while I am in the kitchen.

Painting - is my other biggest hobby. I like to paint some famous paintings by talented artists.

Are you an iPhone or android type of person?

I have always been an Android person unless I started using an iPhone. Now I am absolutely an iPhone lover.

It is simple and is one of the easiest phones to use. Its user interface is so straightforward that you can easily reach your desired destination. The best thing about iOS is that there isn’t much to learn about it; you just take it in your hand and start using it, getting used to it very easily.

Also, iPhones are perfect, and responsible software updates are available. When it comes to knowing the potential extremely well and knowing what they can handle and what they can't handle, Apple is quite consistent. When updates are required, iOS releases them and lets you install them right away.

How do you balance your career at Preezma and friends & family?

Work-life balance is one of the most important things in life. We try to keep this balance at Preezma, encouraging people to come to the job early and leave it on time.

I also try to come to the office on time, or 1-2 hours earlier. Sometimes I start working at 6 am from home and then come to the office. These are the most productive hours, so I manage to complete lots of tasks.

At the end of the day, I have a chance to leave the job earlier and spend some time with my family or friends by meeting them somewhere in the city or at home. 

How do you define success in life?

Real success is not only about achieving high positions at work or earning much salary; it is about several aspects that will make us better individuals, social people, friends, and overall human beings.

In my opinion, to have a successful life, one needs to:

- build a growth mindset

- develop mental toughness

- improve his/her emotional intelligence

- strengthen his/her willpower

- use his/her potential

How has Preezma helped you in your career development?

I only had experience with active recruitment, often known as headhunting, when I first joined Preezma. I could learn new things, explore new facets of the HR industry, and realize my full potential thanks to Preezma. It helped in my comprehension of various topics, including what I enjoy doing and what I don't, what motivates or excites me, and much more.
