Ostap about his inspiration, passions & long way to Inoxoft

Time to meet the Employer brand manager at Inoxoft, Ostap!

Why did you join Inoxoft, and what has kept you here?

Becoming an Inoxofter took me a bit more time than others. We had gotten acquainted and started talking about the Employer brand manager position about 6 months before I joined the Сompany but after all interviews, another candidate was offered a job.

I had a nice impression of the Сompany, so when we thanked each other and one of the managers said they are sure our paths will cross again one day, it sounded very honest.

In a few months right before the New Year, I was approached again, and it seemed to me like a sign that I must end up at Inoxoft.

I've joined Inoxoft because I liked the Company's spirit and aspirations. In the process of interviews, I met the founders and top managers - it felt like these guys were passionate about what they do, willing to improve, grow and make an impact in the industry.

I've been with Inoxoft for some time now, and I still feel the same: we are changing, are looking for ways to become better, grow, and gather new skills, knowledge, and expertise.

Another important thing that keeps me here is Company's adherence to its values. They aren't just words but the foundation for effective cooperation and partnership.

It's hard to pick only 3 words. For me, Inoxoft is much more, but if you insist, then:

• easy-going

• ambitious

• close-knit

If I may accompany them with others - then I say the team is fun, flexible, and responsible.

Do you have any hobbies, go-to weekend activities, or long-term passion projects you’re working on?

I'm a great fan of travels. So far, I've visited 53 countries, and some friends call me an instant traveler.

My biggest passion broadens the horizon and mind, recharges the battery, and brings inspiration. It helps me boost my creativity so every time I'm back, I'm kinda full of ideas about what I want to create or improve.

Often such ideas appear during the mountain hikes, city walks, or museum visits. Solutions come to my mind in most unexpected moments. I find that very exciting!

If you had to eat one meal, every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Pasta! I adore Italian cuisine and can eat it three times a day! Of course, I also love pizza, tiramisu, prosciutto, and ciabattas but pasta stole my heart!

Are you an iPhone or android type of person?

Definitely iPhone but it’s clearly not because of trends or so. Along with the other Apple products, iPhone, in my opinion, is the essence of a state-of-the-art approach to everything - design, usability, forethought, and aspiration to disrupt the industry.

Having read Steve Jobs’s biography, it really feels like the creators of such products are always ready to go an extra mile, never give up the quality, and believe in their ideas even if no one does.

What is your favorite part about working for Inoxoft?

The favorite part about working for Inoxoft is seeing your ideas materialize. The Company is very transparent and open-minded: if you have an initiative that may have an impact and make things work better, it doesn’t take much time to have it implemented.

For me, it is vital to see the results of my work and how my impact makes Inoxoft even a better place to work and be a part of.
