What do you find to be the most exciting aspect of Tech387?

Tech 387 is currently going through a growth stage. From week to week, I keep seeing new faces around the offices. Only this week four new members joined our team.

This is a great motivation for everyone here, as we are all conscious that we are directly contributing to this transition and are all part of the ongoing successes of Tech 387.

Three words that describe Tech 387 are: Harmonious, ambitious, lively.

Everyone is unified towards the same goal, which when set ambitiously, creates a lively atmosphere of motivated individuals and positive work culture.

How do you spend your time outside of the office?

I often play football with friends, spend time with my family and enjoy the natural beauties that surround Sarajevo.

What is the favourite part about working for Tech387?

My favourite thing about Tech 387 are the people who I share the office spaces with.

Coming from different backgrounds and interests, every day I have countless opportunities to learn from them and expand my horizons.

I enjoy travelling and supporting Bosnian National Football Team

If you could pick one theme for Tech387 to turn into a book about the company, what would it be?

As a person coming from a financial background, I would like to use motives from the book "Lean Startup" by Eric Ries and combine them with the theme of "collective accomplishment".

The book would definitely talk about how great successes can be achieved with low or non-existing initial investments, purely by acting as a collective and accepting individual responsibilities towards the common goal.

What are your three most overused words/phrases?

My most three overused words/phrases are:

1. "Unreal..." when something is any fascinating

2. "You know me..." when I share funny personal stories with people

3. "Easy peasy" when something is straightforward
