It’s time to meet one of the multi-talented team leads, Manja Milivojevic!

What initially brought you to Case 3D and what kept you here?

After 7 years of working in Case 3D, I can say that people and relationships are the things that keep me in the company. I have mutual respect with my colleagues and employers.

My position in the company is solid and respected, and I can see the potential in my team and the company.

I started working in Case 3D as a beginner and developer for totally new technologies so I had the opportunity to learn and grow with the company and with my responsibilities. We invented and developed a few new solutions that became an integral part of Case 3D offer. It is a great feeling to work beside fenomenal people and professionals. Looking forward to new victories in years to come.

Which were the most memorable moments for you during your career in Case3D?

During my work here I have had a lot of great experiences and memories that I hold dear. All the team-building exercises, business travels and conferences, small victories, and great project achievements are only some of them.

I like to improvise small team buildings with my team, to have dinner nights, or to play board and video games as we are all into those things. Every time we are together is somewhat special and memorable and I enjoy making them.

Many team-building activities were initiated by Manja, and she is an expert in organizing them.

How do you spend your time while away from work?

I sing in the local choir. As I have been a choir singer for more than half of my life it has become an integral part of my personality. I can say that usually half of my vacation days are spent on traveling all over the world with my choir visiting competitions and choir meetups.

Also, I like building and restoring furniture in my spare time. Bringing new life to old and discarded things brings me joy. Also, it can be a great present for my friends and family.

Which things make you sincerely happy?

Spending time with my friends and family, taking walks with my dog, and creating beautiful things from something old and forgotten. Being creative and crafty is something that I am and that makes me happy. I cannot imagine not diy-ing or building something with my own hands. Seeing the result of something restored or built by me brings me joy and pride.

What is your favorite thing in the world and why?

I have a lot of things that I can call favorite, and I cannot pick just one. I love listening to music and singing; I love my dog and the things that we do together; I love being creative in every way and solving problems. So, don’t ask me to choose only one because it depends on the day.

How would your life be without modern technology?

Hmm, well I am somewhat analogue from time to time, but cannot imagine life without the internet and mobile phones. If there is no modern technology I would probably be a carpenter or something useful but creative. Also, I have a green thumb and I am really great with growing my own plants and vegetables. So, maybe I would be a gardener or a farmer.
