Time to meet the UX Lead at Bild Studio, Anahit!

What are your primary responsibilities and what does your day-to-day look like?

As a UX lead my primary responsibility is to always be aware of the project statuses and processes that we are currently working on. And of course to keep up with my team and all their ongoing tasks. Once or a couple of times a week I have a client meeting with current ones or with new ones that are on the onboarding process so it's important to always be one step ahead and prepare myself and the team for the meeting.

My day-to-day usually consists of morning meetings with the team, brainstorming sessions, and client meetings.

Do you have any hobbies, go-to weekend activities, or long-term passion projects you’re working on?

I am a winter sports fan so 4 times a week, I take ice skating lessons which I find very relaxing for the brain and emotions and also it's a great way to stay in a good physical shape. And weekends are always for snowboarding. In hot weather usually, bike trips and kayaking can take place.

If given a chance, who would you like to be for a day?

Amazing question to be asked. As I have always been obsessed with Arctic landscapes and Greenland I would LOVE to be a captain of a ship that is moving from Iceland to Greenland.

What are 3 words to describe BILD STUDIO?

I would describe BILD STUDIO in 3 words ...

for sure "Integrity"

I feel like "Rewarding" is one of the important ones

proudly i can say "Fast-paced"

How do you describe your work personality vs. your home life personality?

The working personality that I have is surprising for my friends and family. And my out-of-work personality is surprising to my colleagues.

So in working hours, I am super serious and steady. But outside of work, I like to be as unexpected as possible. Crazy trips and jokes and pranking my friends always.

What advice do you have for prospective BILD candidates?

For my personal experience and the experience I got working with Bild, I have 2 really important bits of advice for future candidates.

First... care about the client projects as it is your own.

Second... always remember that it is not the end of the world if not everyone likes your "good idea". Eventually teamwork will help you turn the "good idea" into a "great idea"
