Why did you join Preezma, and what has kept you here?

The main reason why I joined Preezma was that I wanted to start stable cooperation with a non-Iranian company and work with different cultures. My motivation was working experience and continuous cooperation with an international company. I met Preezma company by chance during my trip to Armenia.

After some time, I realized that I have a very positive feeling toward this company. I felt that I found the answers to many of my questions. I love to study and learn and what keeps me in Preezma is that I feel I have the opportunity to use everything I have learned and am learning.

Everything I start is exciting and beautiful, and I feel that it adds to my knowledge. I feel that in terms of personal development, Preezma will have a great effect on my life. For this reason, I never thought about the material aspects of my cooperation with Preezma, and I am deeply happy with what I do.

Do you have any hobbies, go-to weekend activities, or long-term passion projects you’re working on?

I have the idea of publishing a long novel book. I am writing it on my weekend or free time. A book that is often the story of my life since I was very young and at the age of 6, and I had to understand that life is a continuous struggle! My father was a political activist. A true human being and hero. He was a political prisoner for 7 years due to his beliefs. I was six years old when I felt the distance from him. I lost him at the age of 24.

At the age of 29, I lost my older brother, and at the age of 33, I lost my fiance. It was all the price of free living! My dream is to write the story of my life without fear of dictatorship and with a sense of complete freedom!

What's your motto or personal mantra?

Being human is very easy. kindness Honesty No sense of competition.

Being happy is very easy. contentment , Being happy with the smallest gifts, Ability to love and show love to others.

Being a strong person is very difficult! Power means self-confidence and accepting the opposite opinion! Strength is the ability to apologize when we make a mistake. Power means passing over the mistakes of others

What are 3 words to describe Preezma?

Preezma means a comprehensive Prism in the following three principles:

Respecting human dignity in the workplace. People's happiness and their feelings are important.

Respecting the dignity of customers and beneficiaries in the workplace.Customers and their needs and solving their problems are the basis of the product development cycle.

Sustainable Development. Comprehensive development and attention to the interests of all stakeholders.

When are you the happiest?

I feel very happy when I do a project or activity well, and my work has brought happiness and success to others or a business. I like the feeling of making others happy and successful. It makes me feel strong and empowered.

I love mystical moments in my life. I feel deeply happy in these moments.

Another situation that makes me feel very happy is when I exercise. Yoga and physical exercises always make me feel happy.

What have you gained from working at Preezma?

During this time, I learned a lot from Preezma. I can categorize the most important points in the form of the following:

1.- How to select and evaluate a senior programmer. It was very different from what I had imagined and done before. I learned how deeply Preezma examines this issue and evaluates people from different dimensions. I got to know the difficulties of the recruitment process.

2.- Minimalism approach to doing things. They divide the work into small parts in a simple. This way, things are done beautifully with a simpler, better, or less strategy.

3.- Comprehensive attention to human capital and their happiness in the work environment. I learned how the happiness and joy of people in Preezma are taken care of with simple creations and what a positive effect it has.

4.- Recently, I have been working with Preezma in the field of business development and marketing. I am very excited to learn in this field, and I am very happy.
