Why did you join Kalmia, and what has kept you here?

Unfortunate events in 2020 brought me to Kalmia and I immediately felt that this could lead to something great!

From the first conversation with Klemen, our CEO, who is open, supportive and yet challenging enough to always push you a little further, to get to know the co-workers, a young team full of knowledge, with an amazing work ethic and sense of responsibility.

We all strive to work with highly motivated clients on great projects using cutting edge technologies.

What are 3 words to describe Kalmia?

When I think of Kalmia, I would use the following words to describe it:

#1 Team spirit

#2 Confidence

#3 New beginnings

What has been your favourite project at Kalmia?

Warriors of Aradena. It's an exciting project with a great team on the client-side. It's the first blockchain gaming project for me, which makes it even more exciting!

How do you balance your career at Kalmia and friends & family?

Part of Kalmia's culture is to make sure we have a good work-life balance. Weekends are definitely the time for me, my dog, my friends and my family.

I enjoy long breakfasts on the weekends, sunny walks with my dog, and day trips to the nearby forest or mountains.

How do you define success in life?

Having no regrets. I see success differently at each stage of my life, but the absence of regrets means I have been true to myself and have lived according to my values and beliefs.

When are you the happiest?

When I dance and sing as loud as I can!

I am not good at either of them, but does it really matter? :)
