Time to meet the Medior full-stack developer at ElanWave, Tihomir!

Do you have any hobbies, go-to weekend activities, or long-term passion projects you’re working on?

Ah, where to start :) I have a lot of hobbies, but not enough time. I'm an amateur photographer and videographer so I spend a lot of time behind a camera. I also like music, I play guitar and cajón, while singing and composing songs from time to time.

When the weather is nice, I like taking long drives on my motorcycle. Additionally, I am passionate about watches; I'm a collector and I also help my friend with his business which is making handmade leather straps.

But at the end of the day, I like spending time with my friends the most, gaming or just hanging out. So yeah, a lot of hobbies :)

What do you like most about ElanWave?

The thing I like the most about ElanWave is the people.

I feel like we are one big family and everyone at the company has a perfect balance between work and fun, so I like going to the office instead of working from home because, for me, it's like hanging out with friends.

Are you an iPhone or android type of person?

Android all the way! I tried using iOS but could not get used to the limitations. The thing I like about Android is that I can customize it down to the smallest things and sideload all the apps I want to use.

How do you balance your career at ElanWave and friends & family?

To put it in one word - calendar. I use it for organizing my time and once I started creating events for everything, everything became much easier not only for me but for all the people involved.

What is on your wish list for the next 5 years with ElanWave?

I would like to try myself out in some business roles such as project manager or project owner because I like working with people and organizing everything so I think I would be pretty good at it.

What's your favourite line from a movie?
