What are 3 words to describe CyberLab Solutions?

Learn, Earn and Fun

We have the opportunity to work with experienced engineers and learn from them. Also, we are able to choose which technologies we want to work with. Sharing knowledge and support between colleagues is an essential thing in CyberLab.

Another important thing is taking care that all employees are satisfied with their salary.

Last but not least is that we feel relaxed at work. And we are all like one big family where we take care that everybody feels well in the company.

How do you define success in life?

Success is when you are satisfied with the things that are around you. Friends, family, job. If you are able to earn enough money on your job to be satisfied, and still have time for your family, friends, and your hobbies, that is a success.

If your work occupies all your time, that is not a success for me.

If you had to eat one meal, every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?

I am a big food fan. And l like to experiment with food. Want to try all the different national kitchens and their main dishes?

And from that perspective, this is a very hard question for me.

But if I need to choose one meal, that will be beef steaks with pepper sauce. Middle cooked. With some nice white wines.

If given a chance, who would you like to be for a day?

I never think about that who I would like to be. Even for one day. Because I am satisfied with my life.

But when I think deeper, there is one person. I would like to be Nikola Tesla just for one day. I think he was the greatest genius in world history. And just to feel how is to be the greatest genius whose only goal in life is to help the world to live better, without any expectations to get some benefits from anyone. Only to allow him resources to implement his ideas.

Do the things which makes you happy

Do you have any hobbies, go-to weekend activities, or long-term passion projects you’re working on?

I am a very communicative person. I love sport, love to play tennis. My passion is motorbikes. And I own one, and I grab every opportunity to take a ride, to visit some new places. To try new food. To meet new people.

And when I taste some new specific food, I like to invite my friends to me, and I try to make similar for them. Usually, that is Sunday, and we grab a beer, watch a football match, and enjoying in my cooking abilities :).

What is the favourite part about working for CyberLab Solutions?

One of the greatest things we have in CyberLab is also freedom.

We are free to choose to want to work from the office or from home.

Also, we are free to manage our work as we think. Management trusts every employee that he is doing his best in the work. And that results in a lot of satisfied customers and clients. I am from the beginning in the company and we never had any complaints on our works, or on our employees.

Also, everybody is free to raise a specific issue whit they facing in their project, and the rest of the team is there to help. We are sharing our knowledge with each other.
