Time to meet the Head of UX/UI at CNJ, Jure!

Why did you join CNJ, and what has kept you here?

I've known CNJ since its founding a decade ago. Through the years I've collaborated with the team on different projects (independently or as a representative of other companies) and was always impressed with the quality of work that was done. When the time came for a career move, I decided that joining CNJ would be the right decision. And I was proven to be correct.

What are your primary responsibilities and what does your day-to-day look like?

My primary responsibility (next to overseeing all UX/UI work) is translating user and business needs into digital products. This includes activities such as researching, workshop facilitation, prototype development, testing and collaborating with the client through the whole process in order to achieve the best possible user experience solutions.

What are 3 words to describe CNJ?

We believe that hard work must be (and is) rewarded. CNJ is built on the belief that: "What you give, you get back". So the three words that can describe CNJ must be accountability (of every individual employee), respect (of teammates and clients), and fairness.

Do you have any hobbies, go-to weekend activities, or long-term passion projects you’re working on?

Everybody needs a way to reset and clear their thoughts. For me, It's geeking out on IoT (smart home), and being a lifelong DIY junkie.

I have freedom. Freedom to solve complex issues and develop in-house processes that help CNJ produce top-level digital solutions.
