Time to meet the CTO at Stage Coding, Enver!

What are your primary responsibilities and what does your day-to-day look like?

As the CTO of Stage Coding, my primary responsibilities involve overseeing the technical aspects of the company, managing the tech team, and ensuring that we deliver products on time and within budget. On a day-to-day basis, I work on planning and implementing technical strategies, mentoring team members, reviewing code, and collaborating with other executives to ensure alignment with our company goals. I really enjoy my work at Stage Coding as a co-founder and find it very fulfilling.

What do you find to be the most exciting aspect of Stage Coding?

The most exciting aspect is the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals passionate about technology and innovation. Seeing the impact of our work on clients and end-users is also very fulfilling. As a co-founder, building a successful and innovative company is a personal goal that drives me forward. It provides opportunities for personal and professional growth and recognition in the industry. Overall, I am thrilled to be a part of Stage Coding and look forward to its continued success.

What is your proudest moment at Stage Coding?

My proudest moment was when my team completed a project in half the time and impressed the client with our work. It was a significant achievement that demonstrated our team's skills and dedication to delivering high-quality work efficiently. The fact that the client was intrigued by our work and gave us another project to work on was very rewarding and motivating. Overall, it was a great moment that reflected positively on our company's motivation.

How do you spend your time outside of the office?

Outside of the office, I enjoy pursuing various hobbies and interests. One of my favorite hobbies is playing the piano, which I find to be both relaxing and challenging. I also enjoy playing table tennis, which is a great way to stay active and socialize with friends. Traveling is another passion of mine, as I love to explore new places, learn about different cultures, and try new foods. Hiking is another activity that I find enjoyable, as it provides an opportunity to disconnect from technology, enjoy nature, and get some exercise. Engaging in these activities helps me maintain a healthy work-life balance, recharge my energy, and stay motivated for my work.

Describe what you were like at age 10.

At age 10, I was very curious and had a strong desire to learn about how things worked. I remember disassembling electronics around the house just to see what was inside and understand their functions. I was always asking questions and seeking knowledge, which sometimes got me into trouble but also allowed me to learn a lot. I was very inquisitive and had a thirst for knowledge that continues to drive me in my personal and professional pursuits.

What do you like most about Stage Coding?

What I like most about Stage Coding is the sense of ownership and pride I feel towards it. As one of the co-founders, I view the company as my "child," and I am deeply invested in its growth and success. I find it incredibly satisfying to see the company take on new projects, handle clients effectively, and grow its team. This sense of ownership also motivates me to ensure that the company is being run efficiently and ethically, and that all employees are being treated fairly. Overall, I find the opportunity to build and shape Stage Coding to be incredibly rewarding and fulfilling.
