Time to meet the Lead Project Manager at AtlasApps, Eugeniu!

Why did you join AtlasApps, and what has kept you here?

A great agile environment that provides a lot of opportunities to take part in different product development. A great team of professionals helps you grow and see how your input into delivery makes a difference.

The excellent company culture and care of the team, as well as care about the customer, make me believe this is a great place to work.

How do you balance your career at AtlasApps and friends & family?

Due to clients all over the world, I can choose the working hours I would like to spend with my family; this helps me take care of my kids, drive them to school and sports activities, as well as accomplish my sports goals and spend some weekends on the local competitions.

Work-life balance in such a company makes it easy to get the best out of all and r main concentrated.

What’s been the most memorable experience during your tenure so far at the company?

In the past three years, I had many opportunities to join startups that have only a few years and assess all the things happening there, optimize processes, and learn people how Agile Scrum or Kanban work and can be implemented on their projects.

Leading teams and teaching clients about delivery focused on client expectations and needs can be fun and will lead to success.

How do you define success in life?

Success in life is definitely being yourself and doing all the time only what you want to. How to achieve this is simple, just be on top of Maslow's pyramid.

Have enough resources to be safe, balance work and family time, and succeed in hobbies or sports, in my case. and constant self-development in all aspects of the life

What has been your favorite project at AtlasApps?

I had a client in the company whose product was Online Casino games for eastern companies. A lot of new things we learned and the exciting thing is that in this industry, people are involved in listening to the customers' needs and learning their habits.

This project showed me that every pixel in UI can make you a lot of profit and the key to success is customer research.

What advice do you have for prospective AtlasApps candidates?

Be yourself! The simplest way to succeed is just to be yourself; not only do you need to be a part of the company but also the company should be a part of your life. This should be a synergy to grow yourself and help the company grow.

AtlasApps is the place where we care about the people, not by defeating them from all troubles but make them understand reality, and next time, be prepared!
