How do you define success in life?

Success should not be defined by having a dream job, making great money and achieving of goals. True success lies in having balance in all areas of your life. Success is quality time with family, friends and loved ones with focus on life, not work. Being happy and grateful is success.

What do you like most about Inoxoft?

Inoxoft has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely. Work-Life Balance, I love that I have a great degree of control and freedom within my job.

Why did you join Inoxoft, and what has kept you here?

Inoxoft is my first formal job in IT. It was my good first step. Starting at Inoxoft was exciting and intimidating for that moment because I did not have any commercial experience. I got some skill sets and qualifications by attending professional training courses. From the first day, I worked hard and did my best to be useful on my first project and develop myself. I get honest recognition of my work, constructive feedback from a team and company, which were really increased my motivation and helped in my personal growth.

How did you first learn about Inoxoft?

My first learn about Inoxoft was from my girlfriend (for now wife). She sent me QA Trainee vacancy from Inoxoft. For that moment I was handyman (I was repairing and making things inside or outside the house) and I was looking for a job change. I sent my CV to a recruiter and the next day I was invited to interview with QA lead. And after a few days I got a job offer. But when I got offer I said that I am need thinking, I don't why but my first impression about the company was not good.(of course I was wrong). But in the end, my girlfriend persuaded me to accept the offer.

Do you have an office nickname? What is it?

Sometime ago I had a funny nickname "Vagon" in one project I was working on. For a long time I visited the gym and was pretty big guy. And my teammates developers said that I am too big like a "Vagon". And they joked that developers should produce less count of bugs because David will be angry and will punish everybody :)

What do you find to be the most exciting aspect of Inoxoft?

The most important thing which I want to highlight it is that Inoxoft always tries to improve working processes and working conditions. Thoughts of all employees matters. It is great that Inoxoft takes into account everyone points of view and wishes. Inoxoft is a pretty mature company and ready for new challenges. Highly recommend working here.
