Why did you join Cinnamon Agency, and what has kept you here?

I joined Cinnamon because it is a company that is constantly moving forward to an international approach and it is not afraid of changes. A friendly and challenging work environment was exactly what I was looking for when I joined.

How do you describe your work personality vs. your home life personality?

My work personality is very focused and organized, I thrive with challenges. At home, my personality is more random, constantly learning something new or trying different activities.

What did you want to be when growing up?

I wanted to be a veterinarian. I love animals, but I had the chance to work in a vet clinic for a while when I realized that the animals that need help are the ones with no home. This is why until this day I'm an activist and try to help animal shelters.

What are your primary responsibilities and what does your day-to-day look like?

I am responsible for organizing and managing Cinnamon's social media, keeping in mind new trends and brainstorming ideas. Also, constant learning is very important, and sometimes we also include courses and classes on our workday.

Before working at [company name], what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?

I worked as a photographer for Royal Caribbean Cruise ships for 2 years. Seems like another life! amazing experience that opened my eyes and learning about different cultures, work environments and mostly learning about myself.

If you could only drink one beer for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Probably it would be Cuello Negro. A craft beer from Valdivia, my hometown in Chile. I am a beer enthusiast and currently, we are learning to make beer with some friends.
