What do you like most about Kalmia?

The people and the culture within the firm.

Working in the company from almost the beginning, switching from a company where there was no transparency or care for the workers I really like how the culture and mood in the company were shaped and am proud to be able to help shape it.

What has been your favourite project at Kalmia?

I would say 0xcert. It's a project where we created a framework for managing NFT tokens.

I learned a lot here and acquired invaluable blockchain knowledge.

What have you gained from working at Kalmia?

I experienced exponential growth from being a developer to being head of the blockchain department. This only happened because I had tons of support from experienced colleagues that helped me grow as a developer and a person.

How do you spend your time outside of the office?

Mostly sport-related activities that boost my energy such as: running, hiking, climbing, snowboarding.

How do you describe your work personality vs. your home life personality?

I try not to change personalities depending on what I do. The difference in work would be that I am a bit more serious since I do need to keep a level of authority.

Are you an iPhone or android type of person?

Android, for sure.

Otherwise, I use Macbook, but as a developer, I prefer Android as a mobile platform that gives me more flexibility.
