Time to meet the QA / Software tester at Sprintform, Titánia Tiara!

If you could pick one theme for Sprintform to turn into a series about the company, what would it be?

It would be a wholesome sitcom. We have a group of pranksters who like to live their lives carefreely and joyfully; we enjoy friendly competition and find new ways at every turn to make our and others’ lives more fun.

Besides that, our community is very tight-knit and caring. Anyone can turn to anyone with their problems; we aspire to help and support everyone not only within the company but in personal life too (we also do charity together).

What do you think about Sprintform’s flexibility and adaptability?

This questionnaire should have been finished by Friday, but due to personal circumstances, I could not start it. Thus the company delayed the deadline twice because they wanted to give me that chance to articulate my ideas and opinions since they knew I really really wanted to take part but couldn’t since I was preoccupied.

The patience and support they show towards our ideas and personality differences allow us to work towards a common goal effectively.

How would you define your way of communication with your superior?

We have a very deep relationship with Andris (CEO); he communicates everything with full transparency and passion. He often initiates conversations about our opinions, feelings, and this way, we can actively take part in building a company that is well suited for every one of us.

Besides the company life, he is very kind-hearted and supportive. For example, he recently helped us to take our new dog home from the shelter.

How could a company be more pet friendly?

We have many pets at home (cats, snakes, and a dog), and as someone who is in the home office full time, I think pets are well suited for office life.

There are many benefits of having pets in the office; for example, they bring happiness and joy into our day-to-day lives. Snakes are quite unhinged by travel or transport; we could have beautiful terrariums in the office since these are pleasant for the eye and soul while also being comfortable for the pet snakes.

As for cats, they make really good companions in the office. They only need some things to scratch and the proper protective net on windows to keep them safe. They are adorable; they are cuddly and purr a lot, thus actively reducing workplace stress. The benefits of having dogs in the office are well known to us. ;)

Do you have an office nickname? What is it?

I have two first names, and on top of that, I have an office nickname: Titanic. I got it from one of my co-workers when we talked about which of my names to call me on. I said they could use whichever they preferred or freely combine it and make any new nickname from it.

Most call me Tita (a collocation of my two names), and he went a step further and made it into Titanic to better reflect my personality.

If you were stuck on an island, what three things would you bring?

I really-really like fun (but most of the time useless) gadgets, so I would for sure bring things that sound fun and important at the moment; however, they would for sure prove to be useless (mostly due to the lack of electricity), or not help my situation at all.

My first pick would be ChiringuitoBox which is a moveable beer tap, grill, cooler, speaker + DJ station with disco lights. It would provide good food, cool drinks, and an awesome mood for everyone.

I would bring a Budgee Bot with me because it would be nice to have a “robot” do the carrying part. It could bring my stuff and move logs, branches, and leaves (to build a party house like in the videogame Forest) that I find out in the wild. It might be a bit limited since it communicates with Bluetooth, but this way, it would always be near me and wouldn’t be taken by a feral animal.

The final item would be Ombra. It monitors my basic health functions, so it “keeps me '' healthy. I could use it for workouts and listen to music when I go for a jog on the beach. And most importantly, it has Bluetooth so it could communicate with my Budgee! :D
