Time to meet the Front-end developer at DVC Solutions, Mirko!

Why did you join DVC Solutions, and what has kept you here?

I came in company because my good friend told me that here in company is very good atmosphere and that company for development using very good tools. So I decided to came here.

Reason why I am still here in company is self grow, every day you can learn something new and that makes you to be better in your job.

How has DVC Solutions helped you in your career development?

They helped me because company use very good tools for development/coding, so with that you can be better and better in you skills.

Also, company has different projects and that makes you not to be in some comfort zone, because you need to learn something new about that project, maybe purpose or new technology and etc.

How do you spend your time outside of the office?

Most of the time I spending to do some sport activities. I am going to the gym 5 days at week. Also I trying to spent time with my family, with my friends, basically to have that social life outside of the company.

Also, I am movie lover, so I watch a lot of movies or series, depends on my current condition. Lately I started with reading books.

What’s been the most memorable experience during your tenure so far at the company?

It's one project that we developed for one client from Germany, that project is about law, layers and etc. In that project we needed to implement a lot of features in a short period of time. Features was realy interesting and very tricky to implement.

In that period I learned so much and that period will probably in my memory for a long time.

Are you an iPhone or android type of person?

Hm, for know, I am on android, I am using samsung for a long time. But this is interesting because I am using mac for development. So I have some expirience with apple devices, and it's a good expirience.

In future, I think that I will try to use iPhone and maybe I will become new apple/iPhone user.

What do you find the most challenging at DVC Solutions?

It's probably the way how company works. I mean on standards that one employee needs to respect. Also company has a lot of type of different projects, and then we can have a different way how wi will start our project, maybe we can go with agile methodology or with some other. So that can be challenge, to move from one technique to other.
