Time to meet the Senior full stack developer/Tech lead at Inoxoft, Oleksandr!

Why did you join Inoxoft, and what has kept you here?

Before I joined Inoxoft I have been working as a freelancer. But I realized that I want to try to work in some company to be a part of the team. When I joined Inoxoft it was a small but very friendly company. I was fascinated by the team spirit and friendly atmosphere and it was a new challenge for me.

How has Inoxoft helped you in your career development?

Inoxoft was a big jump for my professional growth. I changed my main tech stack from PHP to JavaScript front-end and then to Node.js. Also, I had the ability to work on different projects in different positions. In Inoxoft you always can find very talented developers with various experiences to consult.

What do you like most about Inoxoft?

Its team spirit and work atmosphere. I have been working in Inoxoft for more than 6 years and there are always a lot of awesome people to work with and spend time with.

What’s been the most memorable experience during your tenure so far at the company?

It was the first hard client I communicated directly with. After it, I realized how difficult to work as a project manager even partially. But it was very useful for me and I became more stress protected.

How do you spend your time outside of the office?

I like to travel in my country and abroad. It's always new impressions new meetings. I like to spend time near the sea with my family.

What is the best vacation you’ve been to?

It was 5 days in Paris with my wife. We visited a lot of landmarks and beautiful places. We walked and just enjoy the beautiful views of the ancient city.
