What is the favourite part about working for Airbyte?
James and Luke run things really well. I'm always blown away by their professionalism and organisation when it comes to projects and their clients.
What do you find the most challenging at Airbyte?
Scaling. It's never easy to scale a business, especially a service one. Keeping that quality whilst scaling up the team is a big challenge.
If you could switch your job with anyone else within Airbyte, whose job would you want?
I'd love to work as a hands-on, contributing developer with James, Luke and Chris on a project - it'd be great fun!

What are your primary responsibilities and what does your day-to-day look like?
I advise James (and the rest of the team) from a business and technology point of view. This involves regular catchups and ad-hoc tasks to help tackle challenges or bounce ideas around if something arises. As a former CTO to the business, I try and impart some of my "wisdom" to help the team on the day-to-day.
Describe what you were like at age 10:
Curious. I always wanted to know how things work. One of the first things I took apart was my brother's computer. The rest is history...
