Why did you join Valens, and what has kept you here? 

I joined Valens.dev in March this year. What keeps me in the company is the incredible energy that every person in the company has, we are all so different, but in some way so the same.

Every day is very challenging, and I have the opportunity to learn something new every day, which I think is the most important thing in this job.

How do you define success in life?

If I had to define it, I would say that it is also something that makes you happy and proud of yourself. Success is not when you beat someone else in the game, but when you beat yourself, you become a better and more successful version of yourself compared to what you were yesterday, I think that's a success.

What are 3 words to describe Valens?

I would describe Valens.dev as a challenge, happiness, and success. The reason why I would say the challenge is that no day in the company is the same, every day you have to face new problems, no matter how much work experience you have, on the other hand, while you are doing it you are very happy. It is even enough to come and drink coffee to cheer you up after perhaps a difficult task or a personal problem.

Success, because you can progress a lot in the company itself and be proud of yourself because you have done a lot in building yourself, and at the same time in building the company itself.

What is the best vacation you’ve been to?

A trip that I will remember for the rest of my life is an excursion in high school. It was very nice. We traveled to Spain, Italy, and Monaco, but the reason was not the exotic destinations, but the company and fellowship, which was excellent.

When are you the happiest?

I feel happiest when people around me are happy when I can help someone at any time and make someone happy, but I also feel happy when I am in the company of people close to me and my family.
