Why did you join APP IT, and what has kept you here?

I joined the company at the invitation of the management, who provided me with very attractive working conditions, challenging projects and complete freedom at work. A good team atmosphere is actually the most important fact that keeps me in this company.

Before working at APP IT, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?

Before coming to the company App It d.o.o., I gained quite a lot of experience in the field of design. I started with graphic design and after that I developed my skills as a UI/UX designer. For several years I worked as an audio/video editor at local television stations.

Lately I have been working a lot as a ux designer and frontend developer.

What are your primary responsibilities and what does your day-to-day look like?

At App It d.o.o., we practice brainstorming and daily meetings. After the morning distribution of tasks, we start work.

I mainly do coding of new functionalities and making peas. We usually take a break halfway through the working day, and then continue working. At the end of the working day, we submit completed tasks.

What advice do you have for prospective APP IT candidates?

In the future, App It d.o.o. should invest in its own products depending on the needs of the market. For that, extensive research should be done and new sectors should be formed in the company, which implies investment in human resources.

Special attention should be paid to employee education, teamwork and adoption of new technologies.

How do you define success in life?

I think that everyone should have high goals and at the same time be satisfied with small things. There is no template that can be used for success, but everyone needs to find their own model.

It is important to move towards prosperity regardless of whether it is with the help of small or large steps. Failure should not be seen as a defeat but as a lesson for the next task.

When are you the happiest?

I am happiest when I am healthy and in a good mood. After that, it is important for me to have honest and good relationships in my family and in the company where I am employed. I like when I have enough time to devote to my children.

In addition, I am happy when I have space to think, plan and exercise my hobbies.
