What do you find to be the most exciting aspect of ElanWave?

These are exciting times at ElanWave so going to work every day feels exciting. We are growing, new colleagues are arriving and new projects are in.

For me personally, it is the prospect of my own growth and working on new skills and interesting new stuff that puts a smile on my face every time I go to work in the morning. And also building our own group dynamic and being surrounded by great people on daily basis.

How do you spend your time outside of the office?

Music, sports, books, movies and then repeat. I love listening to all kinds of music and going to concerts but I also play a little bit just for myself at the moment.

I train a few times a week, whenever there is some time to spare I hit the gym.

For the rest of my free time, you can find me with a book or immersed in a movie.

In your opinion, what are the hallmark traits of a great QA tester?

To be a good tester the primal traits should be curiousness and being addicted to logic.

A good tester should also be able to put him or herself in different business roles in order to see the problem from different angles and in different lights.

What did you want to be when growing up?

When I was a kid I wanted to be an archaeologist.

No, it wasn't because of Harrison Ford and Indiana Jones but it was rather my obsession with finding something no one else sees or thinks is important and turning out it was a solution to some great mystery.

If Hollywood made a movie about your life, who would you like to see cast as you?

Definitely Edward Norton.

Now, I'm not saying we look anything alike, but that guy can play anything and anyone so why not me as well :)
