Time to meet the CHRO at UppLabs, Anna!

What is the best vacation you’ve been to?

The best vacation I have spent in Bali alone. And it was a real challenge for me... First of all, it was the first time when I was traveling alone and I was sure that it would be too boring for me. But I was so wrong, I liked that time, that I could decide by myself what, when and how to do ;)

Family

Why did you join UppLabs, and what has kept you here?

I started my career at Upplabs as a sales manager and after a few months, I asked the CEO if I could try myself in HR. He didn't mind and in such a way, I found the position that I really love and which kept me here. I like our team and feel that it's like your second family.

How do you spend your time outside of the office?

Most of my free time I spend with my family and friend and my two dogs.

We like to visit some new places and try something tasty. Or I like to invite them and cook something tasty at home.

If you were an animal what would you be?

I'm sure that we are similar to our pets.

I have 2 pugs, that is why I think I'll be a Pug. They are funny, smart, and tricky as I am :))

What are 3 words to describe UppLabs?

Upplabs are:

- Friendly (we always try to help each other)

- Flexible (It's easy for us to change something for a better result)

- Brave (we don't afraid of difficulties)

I love cooking

If you were to write a book about yourself, what would you name it?

The name of a book about my life will be - "A guide on how to be afraid but keep going".

As I am often afraid of something but continue to try, do and achieve.
