Why did you join CNJ, and what has kept you here?

I joined CNJ because I saw like-minded people with the same mentality - being pragmatic, results-focused and doing what it takes to get the job done.

I always preferred to approach a problem with a wide berth, taking a look at the whole picture and CNJ demonstrated that immediately when we met with the team and Mak.

The company and its successes are due to its people and I feel proud to be part of this team.

What do you find to be the most exciting aspect of CNJ?

We are able to work on so many different products and projects as well as be exposed to so many different industries. Every day you learn more about how the world works around you and with that knowledge you are able to provide better solutions to your clients.

What is on your wishlist for the next 5years with CNJ?

Growing our team, scaling our projects and bringing, even more, smiles to our clients and their end-users :)

How do you describe your work personality vs. your home life personality?

I like my work to be complex, but my life to be simple.

If you could only drink one beer for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Here's an excerpt:

"Ratebeer: 96/100. The style is an oxymoron but Wild Raven Black IPA is complex and full of surprises. Five malts and six hops combine to provide aromas of dark chocolate and dark roasted fruits with flavours of citrus, malt and hints of coffee. Deep mahogany in colour with a creamy tan head."
