Challenge, approach, and impact
The main challenge for this project was to create a comprehensive ride-sharing solution that specifically catered to parents' needs for safely transferring their children to local schools and events in Belgium. The scope of the project included developing a mobile application with features similar to Uber but tailored to the transportation and smart mobility sector, with a strong focus on safety and reliability. Our initial and main challenge was to fit the scope of the MVP to fit the client's fundraising goals which we have successfully managed to strategize and the fundraising process started even sooner than we expected.
