Miquido, in partnership with Play, the Polish telecom leader, developed Play24, a mobile-first service management app, allowing customers full control over their accounts. By offering a user-friendly interface for transactions, account detail checks, invoice payments, data management, and number handling, Miquido's Play24 has transformed customer experience, ensuring secure, private, and effortless access to telecom services.
Challenge, approach, and impact
Coordinated development across multiple teams
Managing three teams to work in synchrony was a challenge. The process required precise planning and coordination, ensuring that each team developed their respective feature without compromising the app's overall cohesion and functionality.
Ensuring user security and privacy
With the app handling sensitive user information and payments, Miquido faced the challenge of ensuring high-level security measures. The task was to design an app that would seamlessly integrate these safety features without compromising user experience.
User feedback focused
Our goal was to create a brand new app based on the current feedback from the users and deliver seamless interaction between PLAY and a user, to minimize the effort of clients’ management.
