Marble IT was hired to develop a web application for the client. We dedicated one of our engineers to the project who collaborated closely with the stakeholders in order to deliver the final product with the design provided by the client.
Challenge, approach, and impact
One man to code it all
As the client's budget was small and at the moment our capacity was almost fully booked, we had to dedicate only 1 engineer to handle everything. At first, it was a rocky road, as the scope wasn't really clear since the design was also not complete. Having one of our most experienced engineers on the project made the whole process smooth out going forward. He was in charge of coding as well as managing the whole project with an Agile approach which brought some structure in the organization of work. The client's side of the work was made easier as well, as they could focus more on the needs and not on the management part.
