As the client's budget was small and at the moment our capacity was almost fully booked, we had to dedicate only 1 engineer to handle everything. At first, it was a rocky road, as the scope wasn't really clear since the design was also not complete. Having one of our most experienced engineers on the project made the whole process smooth out going forward. He was in charge of coding as well as managing the whole project with an Agile approach which brought some structure in the organization of work. The client's side of the work was made easier as well, as they could focus more on the needs and not on the management part.
