  The platform's goal of supporting builders, architects, and manufacturers required improvements in specifying and describing construction elements accurately. We had to prioritize stakeholder collaboration and a seamless user experience, while enabling easy introduction of new specifications and importing legacy data.

• Building a Cross-Functional and Effective Team

  With Hicron's dedicated team joining NBS's internal team, a new challenge arose: creating a cohesive and highly effective crew capable of driving the platform's growth since 2019. We needed to foster collaboration and ensure the team's ability to work together effectively to meet the platform's evolving needs.
